i have better luck with seamless loops using xine 1.1.19. instead of mplayer which flashes white at the end of the video being looped.
Cmd I use: ./xwinwrap -ni -o 0.9 -fs -s -st -sp -b -nf — xine -W WID -l=repeat %file
